The location was ideal, right in the heart of the bushveld with a scenic view of the wild. the staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made our Christmas stay truly special. the game drive was informative, we saw a variety of animals such as giraffe and buffalo.
The spa was fully booked and we couldn't get a treatment. It was also quite disappointing that the Wi-Fi didn't work properly.

During my stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The comfortable tents equipped with everything I needed, and the outdoor bathroom was a unique highlight. Besides, my five-year-old son had a memorable experience on the game drive. The hotel staff was genuinely friendly and always willing to help. The delicious food, coupled with a good Wi-Fi connection in common areas, made it a great stay.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The staff was welcoming and accommodating, making our stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. The luxurious tent we stayed in had stunning views of the surrounding nature, and it was equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was also perfect for a peaceful getaway, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
It was unfortunate that the game viewing experience was not as exciting as we had hoped for, with limited wildlife sightings. the spa treatments were difficult to book and we were disappointed when we were unable to secure a session.
